Small Update to Silky Beardogs Group
Hey, just a couple small things regarding Silky Beardogs / group page -
1. The reference line art has been edited around the ear area so that it doesn't look so much like a floppy dog ear (common misconception, old mistake on my part).
2. Group folders have been rearranged and edited.
- The Featured folder will now contain all of the more detailed custom artwork of Silky Beardogs
I hope this improves the look of the group page and encourages more completed Silky Beardog artwork :)
- There is now a Resources folder to help with anatomy questions
- There is now a folder for all of the Silky Beardog references so the
Silky Beardog Index Account
I made a separate account to house all of the silky beardog references, so apologies for all the additions to the group that you have already seen before.
The account is ~silkybeardogindex (https://www.deviantart.com/silkybeardogindex) so now I will not need to upload refs colored by other artists into my personal gallery.
If you made a beardog and it is not in the featured folder in the Silky Beardogs group, please let me know.

Silky Beardog Competitions
All right, I have come up with a few categories for the Silky Beardogs to compete in for the highest ranking.
The way to compete is to enter a drawing of your Beardog into that category. The more detailed the drawing, the more points you earn from it.
You can only enter each drawing into one single category. You may enter commissioned art. You may enter drawings that you have already done before this Journal was posted. You must enter the drawing into the Silky Beardog Group, or allow me to submit it myself. All artists will be credited.
Since Silky Beardogs can be either wild or domesticated, I have split the categories.
